From the initial meeting with Mike Biesemeyer to discuss our plans, having him listen to us and provide helpful suggestions and through the final clean up this company provided clear communications, prompt service and an outstanding finished patio. All of the crew members were very polite, patient and would answer any questions that we had. They were careful of our property so we did not need to worry about them damaging anything during their work. This company defines what excellent customer service is. We could not be more pleased.

We are residents of Canada and recently built a new home in PebbleCreek. The landscape requirements for our community seemed quite overwhelming to us at first. Recently Arizona Royal Landscaping and Design installed pavers to form an attractive patio in our backyard. we are thrilled with its appearance and functional design. Working with AZ Royal was a great experience from the very beginning. We were in a difficult spot because we were moving from Pennsylvania to Arizona. Jill was very helpful in planning & explaining what had to be done for our project and later calming our fears from the threat of the neighbor and their fear of property line infringement. The workers, despite being hasseled by our neighbor, did an excellent job -specifically on the slope of the pavers for drainage. They painted the wall this morning and we are most pleased. My wife and I are residents of Illinois. We closed on our house in September, 2007, with a timetable from the Association to have our landscape completed a short time thereafter. The design phase was conducted via numerous emails prior to my retirement and move to AZ. I was very pleased with the design and the inputs from your design team. They were responsive to my questions & provided me with a lot of information about plants & what is best suited for the AZ climate. We had made a number of add ons to the original design and he was very timely in working with the ALC and getting the changes completed. He had a definite can do attitude that I greatly appreciated.
