Our experience with AZ Royal Landscaping and Design has been exceptional! Brian has been great to work with in every aspect of design from start to finish. Everyone we had contact with were very professional and helpful. The workers were all very polite, did a great job and cleaned up everything upon completion. Any questions or problems we have had, were responded to in a very timely manner. We have recommended AZ Royal to many of our neighbors (both new and existing), and will continue to do so. When we moved from Pennsylvania, we knew next to nothing about desert plants. Jill guided us through the selection process and deseigned a landscape plan that turned out to be very much to our liking. The crews that did the work certainly knwe what they were doing, because in a matter of a couple opf days our yard was in beautiful shape! We later added a pavered patio extension and a knee wall, and both of these were also done very professionally. We would absolutely recommend Arizona Royal to anyone who wants a top quality and very professionally done landscaping project for their home.

We narrowed our choice to Arizona Royal after interviewing three landscaping companies. Jill sat down with us, asked us our ideas, what type of plants we wanted, and what features we were interested in. She presented her design and together, made some minor changes. Mike (president) came out to explain the technical aspects of the design and how the work would proceed. Eric and Jill oversaw the work that the crews performed on a daily basis. They were all available to us for any questions that we had during the process. We would highly recommend Arizona Royal and are very pleased with the final results.

From the initial meeting with Mike Biesemeyer to discuss our plans, having him listen to us and provide helpful suggestions and through the final clean up this company provided clear communications, prompt service and an outstanding finished patio. All of the crew members were very polite, patient and would answer any questions that we had. They were careful of our property so we did not need to worry about them damaging anything during their work. This company defines what excellent customer service is. We could not be more pleased.
